PS1200, located in historic downtown Fort Worth, Texas, is a park with multiple types of buildings such as apartments, offices, and retail stores. Such a bustling area certainly needed to maintain a natural and industrial look for visitors and residents alike, along with added stain and spill protection to keep the floors looking great for a long time.

Westcoat Rep Brian Nielsen met with the client to consult and recommended the use of the Grind and Seal system and using Westcoat’s SC-42 Water-Based Acrylic Sealer to finish. Past applications of the water-based sealer have had great success in similar jobs. Applicator Craftsman Concrete Floors, who have been using Westcoat materials for over five years, installed the system and achieved an excellent final result throughout the park’s entirety.
