In Monroe, Washington, Evergreen Inn & Suites faced a crucial challenge with their cracked pool deck, negatively affecting both aesthetics and safety. Applicator JC Surface Coatings, partnered with Westcoat, provided a seamless solution. Utilizing Westcoat’s Texture-Crete® system, they repaired and resurfaced the deck for guests’ safety and to enhance the area’s appeal.
Addressing the Issue
The project began earlier than planned to meet the client’s eager anticipation for summer pool enjoyment. Its success rested on strategic planning and the expertise of both Westcoat’s QCA, Julio Cervantes of JC Surface Coatings, and sales representative Lee Jenkerson, who readily provided valuable knowledge on product specifications.
The Solution – Texture-Crete®
The chosen solution, Texture-Crete®, proved to achieve remarkable results. JC Surface Coatings carefully applied EC-72 epoxy patch to address cracks, followed by WP-81 primer and TC-1 basecoat for preparation. The final touch involved applying a Knock Down (TC-3) with pigmented SC-10 topcoats in Omaha Tan and Tile Red, elevating the pool’s aesthetics.
Now, Evergreen Inn & Suites welcomes guests to enjoy a luxurious yet safe pool experience, ensuring memorable stays!
