Concrete Flooring Solution for Las Vegas Big Box Store

When department store buildings get new tenants there is usually an interior design overhaul. The space has to be ready for new tenants, customers and inventory. This building, previously occupied by Neiman Marcus, was transformed into Curacao a home goods retailer.
A variation of our TC Interior was installed by Concrete Diamond Polishing Innovations (CDPI) in Las Vegas throughout all walkways of the retailers new space. The large paths needed to look intentional next to the shelving areas where laminate hardwood flooring was being installed.
The customer wanted a concrete look for the 15,000 square foot box store so no stain was applied over the TC-4 Fine Texture Cement. Once dry, the fresh concrete floor was sealed with SC-65 Water-Based Polyurethane for a matte finish.
Texture-Crete Interior System
Texture-Crete® Interior is a decorative topping designed to resurface plain concrete into a decorative and durable finish. Applied with a mild texture, colored with water-based stains and finished with a satin sealer to give a truly unique finished floor. The Texture-Crete® Interior can be used in residential as well as commercial floors and is perfect for use in living areas, lobbies, offices, restaurants and hotels or wherever a decorative and durable floor finish concrete is desired.
