Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships in the construction and coatings industry? Westcoat is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Pacific Northwest region. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader with over 40 years of expertise in high-performance coating solutions.
About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Westcoat’s presence in the Pacific Northwest. This remote position requires up to 75% travel within the region, engaging with contractors, architects, developers, and distributors to promote Westcoat’s innovative products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry professionals.
- Promote Westcoat’s product specifications to architects and consultants.
- Represent the company at regional and national trade shows.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activity.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in coatings, construction, or building materials.
- Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems.
