Pinnacle Peak in Kierland IV

The Pinnacle in Kierland IV is a pristine example of a modern, functional office space and needed a driveway that reflected that. Located in Scottdale, Arizona, this office building stands the tallest on Scottsdale Road, and is situated near the entrance of the Kierland Master Planned Community. The building’s lot rests on 6.5 acres and rises to six stories tall! 

The driveway entrance to the office building needed a surface solution that would withstand moderate tire traffic and would hold up under the savage summer Arizona heat. Previously bare concrete, the entrance space was a perfect candidate for a Texture-Crete® overlay system. Westcoat Four Corners Sales Manager Curtis Lawson worked with the client on creating the perfect specification to accommodate the project’s needs.  

After prepping the concrete space, Westcoat Qualified Contractor Applicator (QCA), Complete Roofing & Waterproofing, applied our EC-11 Water-based Epoxy working as the surface primer. Next, a slurry coat using WP-81 and TC-1 was troweled down and an SC-10 Acrylic Topcoat was applied in the color Stone Gray. As an added defense against tire traffic and UV rays, our SC-42 Water-Based Acrylic Sealer was applied on top of the SC-10.
