Stoneglaze Sealer vs Polyurethane Sealer

I have used many clear sealers in the past, and really like the one part ones for their ease of use. I was talking to a Westcoat rep, and found 2 one part clear sealers that interest me, the SC-70 Stoneglaze sealer, and the SC-75 Polyurethane Sealer. What are the main differences between the Stone Glaze and Polyurethane? Are either of them used over the Texture Crete system, or the waterproofing system?
